Firm-to-Firm Drafting
We are always willing to draft briefs and memoranda for other firms—indeed, it is complex motion practice and appellate work is where we feel most comfortable.
Typically, we cater to small to mid-size firms that either lack the time or the expertise to undertake the research and drafting required for complex cases. Our firm-to-firm appellate practice is extremely broad and we are comfortable taking up most appeals.
On the federal end, we are exceedingly comfortable with Title VII, Title IX, A.D.A, F.C.A, F.H.A., §§ 1981, 1983, and 1985. We also may consider drafting motions based on certain other statutory schemes so please feel free to ask.
Of course, we also can give a hand with less “specialized” practice. We are happy to handle your motions and research in contract, tort, or other civil cases.
Unfortunately, our firm does not offer firm-to-firm work in either cases pending in the Surrogate’s Court or Family Court.
